How to get an apostille
To request an apostille on your Indiana University transcript:
- Complete and sign a transcript apostille request form.
- Include a pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope (U.S. Postal Service or FedEx).
- Follow the instructions for submitting the form.
- If you need to request an apostille for your diploma, please contact your campus Office of the Registrar.
Note that it will take two to five business days to process your request, so plan ahead. Processing a document with an apostille takes extra time, because it must be sent to the Indiana Secretary of State before it can be delivered.
